I suffer from single vessel coronary artery diseases with non obstructive HCM. I feel congestion in the chest while walking briskly or going upstairs. But the problem subsides as I take some rest. I now take the following medicines Inditel40. Cytoguard od 60 Nebistar 5 and Ranozex500. Do I have to continue such medication for years to come or there is scope for other recourse? I am 65 years old and otherwise very fit doing exercise and walking regularly. Thanks and regards.
